PROBLEM

"70-96% of college students get less than eight hours of sleep each weeknight. And over half of college students sleep less than seven hours per night," (Why You Should Make a Good Night’s Sleep a Priority, Harvard 2021).

WHY

Getting a proper amount of sleep is an important part of maintaining your health. Insufficient sleep can lead to serious mental and physical health issues throughout your life.

WHAT HAPPENS?

When college students struggle to get proper sleep during the week, they tend to sleep in on weekends or on their days off. That however has the opposite effect as it contributes to their unhealthy sleep schedule and sleeping habits.
